Emoe (Dave!) is the vocalist and Guitarist, he writes a lot of his music getting his inspiration from his time in the US,and now is re-embarking on a solo career

 

After Spending plenty of time in America, Emoe has gained a lot of experience in writing songs and lyrics. Nights spent on the back porch of a friends house just singing and making up songs right there on the spot gave Emoe the chance to build on his ability to improvise.

The first few gigs he played in America were for friends and family down at the lake, just him and an accoustic guitar. Naturally, a lot more people started turning up and the crowd grew, meaning Dave had to become a little louder (theres no elecric at the lake!!)

After a few months of this, he got noticed by a band in Oklahoma and started guitaring for them. Eventually he became their vocalist too, touring the southern states and enjoying the music life.

 

Unfortunately unforseen events took their place and Emoe had to return to England, leaving behind the career he had built and life he missed.

Now back here Emoe started to play his own stuff, thinking people wouldnt like it. After all, when Dave left England, pop and techno were the rage!!!! Thankfully times have changed and Emoe is happy about that!!!!

Starting to get noticed with his own music, and being advised by various Labels to try makeing a band and coming forward with pro stuff, thats what he did.

HANGER3 was born, with the help of BBC radio and the Newspapers, it came together.

But as is life in music, its hard to find people who want to work hard and get to the end, and so the band fell apart. Undeterred Dave decided to send the music and other writings of his to various Companies and he was picked up!

Now embarking on new songs, Dave hopes the new music will inspire others to play music!!!

 

Dave is an Experienced Motorcycle rider, coming from a Race background, and has plenty of experience in fast road and track riding. Having raced in AMA class in the states his passion for bikes is on par with his passion for music.

He regularly attends track meets and gives advice on suspension setup and riding techniques.
