SCOOBY UPGRADES 2

So the scooby has been to Zen, had a bunch of work done to it and now all the livery has been removed.

Going for a stealthy look, the wheels have been painted black, the STI9 spoiler fitted making it more aggressive.

Upgrades include, a Front Mount intercooler, DEVILS OWN methanol injection, STI 440 injectors with adapters, HKS intake, B&C Fully adjustable coilover shocks, Defi Head Up display Dash, Sti Short throw gearchange, 2 turn Quick Rack, Willans FIA approved switchlock harnesses, STI momo removable qick release steering wheel, Crystal HID lights all round, and a set of 8 pot K-Sport brakes.

Fitted to the wheels are a set of Yokohama Parada Spec 2 tyres, that stick like glue!!

SCOOBY UPGRADES!!!

This week, the subaru is going to ZEN PERFORMANCE for the next stage of mods! After the full 3" HKS stainless exhaust, its now fitted with the AUTOBAHN 88 intercooler (much bigger!!) an STI9 Scoop for more cold air, and an Intercooler water sprayer kit. Underneath, the Whiteline drop links are fitted, a set of Brembo STI 4pot brakes and disks, and the K&N induction kit was removed and replaced with a modded airbox for pure cold feed. So ZEN are doing their magic with an APEXI POWER FC and Hand controller, along with a TURBOSMART recirc dump valve and modded wastegate system.

 

 

HELMET AIRBRUSHING!!

So Dave wanted a new helmet, and has chosen the Simpson Bandit XXR (stig!) Then it went to airbrush inferno (airbrushinferno@googlemail.com) for some wicked flames on the helmet. Aron is a genius! he has made the helmet look like its on fire! added my name in the helmet and also has placed the HANGER3 logo in the back!! cant wait till its finished!!

TL1000 upgrades!

Well, it was time for the bike to get made into something different! The TL1000 is a good bike anyway, handled great and goes well too! BUT dave decided that the 1290 big bore kit was needed! Added to that a set of SUZUKI 78mm throttle bodies and a completely remade airbox!

Included in the kit was a pair of 55cc suzuki yello injectors from the AMA race bikes in the US! rare find but god they make a difference! the original powercommander was replaced internally with a new yoshbox map and the clutch given the full treatement of the 6 bolt system from the R and hydraulic lock up system too!

New chain and sprockets, a set of SIX POT calipers from the GSXR1000 and a Brembo RADIAL mount master cylinder finished the braking! Ohlins replacement shock on the rear, and a Whitepower revalve and spring from the front!

Smiles all round!!

 

 

 

 

Emoe gets solo signing

After the fall apart of the band, Dave decided to get through this by cracking on.

Writing a bunch more songs and lyrics but not recording them seemed the best bet!

After going round handing out the music previously didnt work, this seemed the next step! And it worked!!!

Now with 12 songs ready to record, dave is currently in the Studio in Hertfordshire recording Long Way Down.

Hanger3 is no more

Well, it happened. It happens to a lot of bands but unfortunately we never thought it would happen here with Hanger 3.

In the intrests of everyone, we have decided to go our separate ways. Theres a whole bunch of reasons for this to happen and im sure you will see changes on here as the time passes! Needless to say if you were lucky enough to have a cd of Hanger 3 KEEP hold of it! its a treasue!

The site will remain open as both Emoe and Feathers are going to be doing their own solo things, and im sure that Rick and mark will keep us posted on their music along the way.
